Barre a low impact workout that blends ballet, yoga and aerobics. Barre will will work to shape and define the entire body while increasing flexibility and decreasing fat.

Come sweat with Shannon during this fun accessible Barre workout. Infusing the art of classic ballet exercises with yoga stretches at an aerobic level, you will be sure to feel your muscles work. This class will be at the barre and on the mat and will be followed by a final yoga style shavasana final release, allowing your hard work to be realized and absorbed.
