I have been practicing Pilates since 1998. I became certified through NESTA in 2005 and have been dedicated and continue to share my passion of Pilates through private sessions and group classes in Alexandria, MN.
I live and breathe the principles of Pilates every day and am continuously inspired by the benefits & how it heals the body. I teach with compassion and have years of experience with all ages.
