Beginner Vinyasa  Tues 5:45- 7:00p   We will be breaking down the basic poses and exploring the alignment and modifications of a vinyasa practice.  This a great class for beginners and the student who wants to get a better understanding of alignment in specific postures.

 Vinyasa Flow  Wed 5:45pm - 7:00p   Got the midweek blues? Join me in this faster paced flow class. Get your heart rate up, challenge yourself and reset your mind and body for the rest of the workweek. This is a great class for the practitioner who wants to move their body and get a little sweaty. Some yoga experience is preferred.

Gentle Yoga  Sat  7:30 - 8:45am    Shake off the stress of your workweek and ease into your weekend with this gentle practice. We will incorporate meditation, restorative poses and modifications to renew our spirit, gently move our body and wake up our senses. Bring your morning coffee or tea. This class is suitable for all levels of practice. 

Weekend Warrior  Sat.  9:00- 10:15am     I invite you to get your warrior on with me every Sat. We will be flowing through some classic warrior poses, suns salutations, back bends and balance poses. This class is suitable for most skill levels.

My name is Tammy and I live in Carlos, MN.  I’m excited to be able to share my passion for yoga here at Yoga One.  One of the things I love most about yoga is it's ability to be a completely unique experience to every individual practicing, every single time.  We humans come in all shapes, sizes and ability levels and we all, every  one of us, can experience a safe, effective, healthy yoga practice.  By exploring the basic poses, breaking down placement and alignment, using props and modifications any person - regardless of age and body type - can practice yoga.  You don’t have to be able to execute a perfect down dog, warrior 2 or even touch your toes.  Yoga is available to everyone! All you need to do is show up!  So if you are considering beginning a yoga practice, but have doubts about your abilities, I invite you to take a leap of faith with me and try yoga.  And if you are an established practitioner looking for some great vinyasa flow with creative and challenging sequencing, join me on your mat! I've got some great class options for you too.
