Take time before the weekend to set aside the noise and stress of jobs, traffic, family and life to find some stillness and much needed self-love. Guest teacher Elisabeth Pletcher will lead this Restorative yoga practice, concluding with a guided relaxation meditation at Yoga One in Alexandria in July.
In this 90 minute class we will spend a full 60 minutes in restorative poses and conclude with a shared yoga nidra meditation. This practice is open to people of all abilities and experience levels. All props and mats are provided. Wear comfortable clothing (layers are great!) and treat yourself
