In this 90 minute class we will spend a full 60 minutes in restorativeposes and conclude with a guided yoga nidra meditation. This practice is open to people of all abilities and experience levels. All props and mats are provided. Wear comfortable clothing (layers are great!) and treat yourself
$25 per person in advance, $30 for same day registration at the door.
Space will be limited so register through eventbright to reserve your spot or email Elisabeth firstname.lastname@example.org with questions!
